Cassette Adapter

Well, I purchased this adapter in September 2011 and it was great! The sound was great and it made time in my minivan so much better. I only used it a few times per week. Unfortunately, as of yesterday (5 months later) it only sends sound to the left channel. Not sure what happened. I'm going to try again in a few days and I'll update if it starts working again.
